Customer states that unit is showing error code and wont fill. Error is E 11. Long fill error code. Customer states that unit will fill when prewash is selected but wont without. Ran diagnostics test. No water coming in during hot water valve test. Valve has voltage. Cold works fine. Prewash uses cold water only. This is why it will fill in that part. Most other cycles use hot water. Found supply valve shut off. No hot water flow will cause long fill times and error. Spoke with customer and the city recently came in and shut water off to her house and valves inside to check for leaks. They never turned the hot water back on. Unit is operating as it should.

Customer states that unit is slow to preheat in bake and shows F9 error in broil. This is a time out error for heating. Unit took too long to heat in broil. Inspected unit and found neutral wire to broil element broken. Element tests good. Repaired wire and ran to test. All ok. No more F9 error and unit heats to 350 in 10 minutes.

Inspected unit and found the plastic drain pan out of the unit is blowing in the middle and has plastic fins on it which is catching the rotor when the unit is filled with water and laundry. I advise the customer to replace the plastic drain pan with an aluminum one or one that does not have fins. Customer requested we move the drain pan out from under the unit and we did. Ran multiple test cycles and found no issues with the unit. All checks OK
