Customer stated they've had the unit for several months in the garage and still in the original packaging, and just recently installed it and saw the damage. Unit is outside of the 30 day cosmetic warranty timeframe. Inspected the unit and found the freshfood section at an average of 37? and the freezer section an average of 10?. Found the icemaker waterline not properly secured and leaking onto the floor. Made adjustments to the waterline and re-secured the connections. Ran multiple test cycles through the icemaker waterline and found no other leaks. The unit is functioning properly at this time. Tech recommends the customer contact Frigidaire for a possible return as the damage to the liner can potentially cause issues down the road."

Inspected unit and found when spinning the basket by hand it sounded like something between the baskets was scraping as well as causing an issue with it turning. Inspected unit and found the door handle had broken off of the hinge. Also found the pitcher for water on the inside of the door had warped and caused leaking. When opening and closing the freezer door I had noticed frost buildup on the inside. When looking further I found a rip in the gasket on the door. This gasket is stamped into the door. Checked unit over found that the agitator was loose. Tightened down agitator. Customer wanted complete agitator replaced I told him they wouldnt replace the agitator because it wasnt broken. It was just loose and thats why it wasnt cleaning properly he didnt like that and said he wanted it replaced. I told him Id call and check with HBW. Spoke with HBW and informed them of whats going on and they said If its functioning then they arent replacing it.

Checked unit over found that the unit was flashing a normal error code and consistently running to drain pump. Pulled unit removed bottom cover and found that the unit was leaking from around the water valve and around the drain pump. Removed drain pump and cleared drain pump seal reinstalled and fixed hose clamp on water valve tested unit multiple times unit was not leaking. Checked OK if unit continues to have any other issues we will need to replace the drain pump and the water valve.
