Inspected unit and found the gasket on the top of the freezer door not connecting to the freezer. Adjusted the door to the best of my ability and warmed up the gasket to mold it to stay on the door. Informed customer that if this does not work and it continues to pull away our next steps would be ordering a door and gasket to replace it.

Units is 4 years old in basement. Customer states unit wont finish a cycle and shows 5C error for top and bottom washer. 5C is a slow drain error. Customer cleared pump screen and reset control by unplugging but this did not help. Ran unit to test. Drain pump is quiet and running as it should. Control isnt sensing water level correctly. Unit needs main PCB and pressure switch. ; ordrng 1 DC92-01989A (Main PCB) and 1 DC96-01703Q (Pressure switch)
