Unit is not making ice. Found that the unit is throwing up an error code or SYEF which is an evaporator motor it out. Plus found ice build up behind the ice room against the back wall. Customer needs evaporator motor and air handler. Customer is not going to repair at this time.

Hose was sitting on floor of cabinet. Routed hose upwards. Ran to test. Unit is draining out fine. Ran again with same results. Unable to duplicate concern of no draining.
