This is indicated that the transformer and magnetron have went bad. Transformers also taken out the capacitor. The unit is 21 years old and located in the kitchen. "Unit is 6 years old in kitchen. Customer states that ice maker is inop and shelf pin is broken in the fresh food section. Crisper drawer shelf pin broke from liner. Pin is good but liner is cracked and split. No way to fix crack and split. Unit would need crisper drawer, crisper shelf, glass for shelf, 2 door bins for freezer and fresh food section. Advised customer shelves and bins may not be covered. Will contact AHS to determine. Ice maker is shorted causing it not to cycle. Installed ice maker and verified operation. Per AHS theyd like us to attempt a repair of the liner since the unit is cooling okay. If we cannot repair then it will go into replacement options. Need to reschedule to have tech fill in area behind crack with foam and secure shelf pin. ; used 1 241798224 (Ice maker) from stock"

Inspected the unit and found the compressor overheating due to the compressor fan not working. The compressor would activate (4.0 amps) and run for a minute than shutoff. Both freezer and freshfood section were at room temperature. Rest the unit and made adjustments to the compressor. Inspected the unit and can hear a loud grinding noise during the cycle. Disassembled the unit and removed all support wheels and sanded and greased support wheels and pulley. Made adjustments to several of the support wheels. made adjustments to the vent line and advise the customer for most efficient dry cycles to try and get an accordion vent line that will not kink up and cause low airflow through the line. All other checks OK

Ran a test cycle and looked for lint and airflow out of the exterior vent line and could not see any. Customer complained of potential door switch issues. Replaced door switch. Ran a test cycle and the unit was still not heat. Remove the terminal block cover and found three dead mice. I advise the customer that this would not be covered by Lowes extended warranty. No other issues found

Inspected the unit and found three dead mice wrapped around the terminal block. Remove the terminal block and mice and found minor damage to the heating element wiring in the terminal block. Made adjustments and repairs to the terminal block in wiring harness. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle. Unit is now heating properly. All checks OK I advise the customer that the unit will not have a 30 day warranty from the service charge due to the mice damage and theres no guarantee that they will not come back. The customer is aware that there is no 30 day warranty on labor or service charge
