Customer states that food isnt getting done and unit isnt maintaining temperature. All elements test good. Temp sensor test good at room temperature. No loose connections or broken wires. Voltage to unit is correct. Preheated unit to 400. When control shut off interior temperature was 300. Allowed unit to cycle to maintain heat. Customer states that unit takes several cycles to dry. Unit has proper voltage to it. Ran diagnostics to test air flow. Unit is detecting bad air flow with vent disconnected and lint screen out. Inspected blower and found lint built up. Removed lint and ran test again. Still reading bad air flow. Inspected sensors and they're coated with fabric softener from dryer sheets. Unit needs thermistor and thermal kit. Advised customer to clean lint screen. It is holding water and restricting air flow as well. ; ordrng 1 8577274 (Thermistor) and 1 280148 (Thermal fuse kit)
