"Customer complaint was that the unit is making a loud noise whenever the water was being dispensed. Customer changed water filter prior to tech arriving. Ran roughly 40 ounces of water through the unit with no abnormal sounds and checked filter. Filter is not a manufacturer brand filter. Advised the customer to only get the filters from the manufacturer as off brand ones can cause issues or get stuck inside the filter housing. Unit is functioning properly, all checks OK"

"Inspected the unit and found the freezer door not closing and sealing correctly and allowing ice and frost buildup in the freezer section. Found small amount of gap in between the inner and outer liner in the fresh food section. Made adjustments to the door gaskets and sealed up the liner.The unit was set to a smart defrost cycle, changed to a basic eight hour defrost cycle. I advised the customer they need to run the unit through 24 hour defrost cycle. The customer will need to unplug the unit or power off for at least 24 hours, remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer section, and keep all five doors open to allow all the ice in the freezer section to melt to prevent future issues from returning."

Inspected the unit and found a utensil and several pieces of plastic in the bottom of the dishwasher. The plastic pieces were stuck around the water safety float switch preventing it from activating and causing the unit to overfill. Cleared the float and made adjustments to the door gasket. Ran multiple test cycles and found no leaks. Found the sink backing up due to food buildup in the sink and garbage disposal. Cleared disposal and advised the customer to use cleaning tablets and to keep up on the cleaning maintenance of the dishwasher and garbage disposal. All other checks ok.
