Inspected unit and found the average temperatures in the freezer around 13?. Thermistor knob is set on a temperature of three. 7 being the coldest and 1 being the warmest. Set the temp to 5 and advise the customer to give it a few days to return to normal temperatures. No issues found at the gaskets or the door closing. All checks OK
