Spring has come loose and wash movement pulled boot loose. Reinstalled boot and spring. Ran to test for leaks. No more leaks. Unit spins smooth and is level. Not out of balance issues that may have pulled boot loose. Customer states nothing trapped in door that could have snagged the boot. Unit is no longer leaking.

"Inspected the unit and could not get several buttons on the display to respond. Found error codes for faulty motor and issues with spin cycle. Ran a test cycle and could hear a grinding noise coming from the unit during a spin cycle. Removed the top panel and found damage to the basket and suspension, door boot, and wiring harness to the main control board. The suspension failed and caused damage to the basket applying pressure to the wire harness. Running to the control. Tech recommends the unit be replaced due to extensive issues with the unit. Unit is 2 years old. If repair is approved a second tech will be needed. Also found damper had frozen up causing the fridge not to cool. Informed customer that the cracks in the liner were letting in moisture and was not repairable. Control board is not working properly. Customer stated there was work being done to the transformer outside their home and had a power surge. Customer declined future repairs.
