Customer states that unit stopped cooling in the fresh food section first and now freezer isnt as cold as it should be. Unit has no model tag. Unit is 1-2 years old in kitchen. Most likely a Freon leak. Pulled unit to inspect and found signs of previous sealed system work and patch to power cord. Unit has been repaired and resold from City Wide Appliance. Their tag is on the back. Advised customer that we cant service the unit because of the previous work done to it. Calling warranty company to inform. 633044222181

"Inspected the unit and found it randomly resetting the wash time with no errors displayed. Called Samsung techline and provided them with the diagnoses. Walked through checks and found a short in the wiring between the inverter board, motherboard, and display console. Issue not repairable. Tech recommends to replace the unit due to it not repairable. Emailed info to customer and warranty company."

"Inspected unit and found the fuses blown, replaced and tested. The heater turned on and the basket tumbled providing good airflow through the unit, inspected the vent line and found it kinked behind the unit and the exterior vent had no guard on it, allowing animals in the line. Advised the customer to install a guard and replace the vent line if the issue continues. Unit functioning properly."
