Inspected unit and found a good amount of gunk and food built up around the drain filter and drain line. Cleared out the filter and ran a drain cycle. Strong odor was coming from the unit and the drain line. And made adjustments to the door gaskets to make sure is closing properly and no leaks. Made adjustments to the drain line. I advised the customers to purchase Affresh cleaning tablets and run them once a month through the unit and to keep the door slightly ajar to allow proper air circulation and prevent smell from building up inside the unit. Also recommended they use rinse aid on a regular basis. The affresh cleaning tablets will also help to clean the drain line. All checks ok.

Unit is freezing everything in the refrigerator. Inspected the entire unit and unit is going into defrost mode. Checked wire harness and all checked good. Doing a test with the customer if the unit does act up unit will need temp sensor.

Customer states that unit overfilled and leaked. It showed E1 and E2 error. E1 is a slow fill error and E2 no draining. Ran unit to test. It filled at a good rate and did not leak or overfill. It also drained out fine. Nothing blocking pressure hose or dome. Unable to duplicate concern of overfill/leak. Suspect machine just needed reset. Advised customer on loading and care.

"Customer states that unit is leaking from underneath. Water on floor after every load. Removed front to inspect. No signs of leaks from tub, valves, drain pump, or hoses. Filled to super load size and no leaks. Ran drain and spin and no leaks from the machine when draining. Sink that unit drains is to is leaking from underneath. Suspect water is from sink and not machine. Unable to duplicate concern of leaking washer."
