"Inspected unit and found the drain pump motor had failed and only pumping out a small amount of water. Pulled the unit and removed the side panel, drained out the water and removed the drain pump. Attempted to install the new pump to test it on the unit and the pump would not secure to the pump case assembly without leaking. Removed the pump and used a small amount of soap to put on the gaskets and attempted to resecure the pump. Attempted multiple angles and times but could not get the pump to secure without a small amount of leak. The pump case assembly appears to have warped overtime and is not sealing up properly with the new pump. Found the pump case assembly shown as the manufacture is no longer making the part. The unit is only two years old. I recommend the customer call Samsung (1-800-726-7864)and have their factory service come out and inspect the unit to see if it can be repaired."

Checked unit over found that the unit would not drain. Remove drain pump and replace drain pump. Unit still will not drain completely disassembled the unit and removed all hoses. I ended up finding a sock stuck up in the tub assembly. Remove suck and tested unit checks OK.
