Inspected unit and found water running properly. I also found ice maker cycling and dumping properly as well. Inspected the water valve and found no leaks. Informed customer if the unit does not act up while Im here I cant pin point the cause of it. Informed customer that service charge is good for 30 days and to take a video if the unit starts to leak again. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found the wash motor not working and the spray arms not spraying water. Customer informed me they called their warranty company and a different company had previously come out a few weeks before and installed a wash motor. The unit has not run correctly since the previous company has come out. They had also informed me they had another appointment with the previous company per the warranty company but the company did not show up. Submitted report with NSA and they will reach out to the customer within a few days. Informed customer they should call their warranty company if they do not hear from them within a few business days. We are not able to fix a unit that has been taken apart by another service provider

Checked unit over found the unit is throwing an LE error code and will not run through a cycle. Tried to spin the basket by hand and it was very stiff. Removed rotor and tried to spin by hand again still could not spin the basket any better. Unit needs new stator and rotor and basket assembly due to rear bearings being partially locked up. Inspected the unit and found the gear case damaged and a small amount of water leaking on the underside of the unit. Found the control board not consistently going into diagnostics and the buttons not responding on the control panel. Reset the pressure sensor hose because it kept turning the drain pump on. Drain pump making a loud humming sound and pumping water out at a low flow. Moved the basket around in the suspension has failed on the unit. The unit is 12 years old and located in the laundry room. "Replaced case brake and flow sensor parts. Ran a quick cycle, unit filled and started washing no issue, proceeded to cancel and drain out no issue. Started another cycle unit filled and threw same error code again. Canceled and tried again, same, had customer power off for a minute at breaker, tried again same. Used shop vac removed water from drain hose, tried again same. Called techline explained recommended changing main board, as this and only the two parts that was changed have to do with this error. Gave estimate for main board to customer, they are going to think about it.
