I checked the continuity of the water valves and found them reading bad. I replaced the valve. I also found the water filter not pushed in completely and the caps still on it. I took off the caps and made sure the water filter was working properly. I informed the customer of what happened with the filter as well and showed her how to properly install it and informed her to run the water for about 5 minutes after replacing the filter due to the carbon inside the filter. Customer states that unit isnt cooling in either section. Unit is a dual evaporator system. Unit is running and compressor is drawing .3 amps. All fans are running. Put unit into diagnostics to test. Compressor kept tripping thermal overload in test until final portion of test. It would start at 18 amps then drop to 8.3 and trip the thermal. When it did run it started at 1.2 and dropped to .3. Removed unit from test mode to check amp draw. Compressor is tripping the thermal overload. No frost on evaporator in freezer section. Unplugged unit to let compressor cool and thermal reset. Plugged in and checked amp draw. Compressor is locked up. Customer is going to think on repair and call in if they wish to proceed.

Inspected unit and found a short fuse and thermistor out of range. When disassembling the unit I found a wire harness to the heating element not properly connected. Replaced fuse and thermistor from extra truck stock and resecured wire harness. Reassemble the unit and ran a test cycle. The unit is now heating without any issues. While running diagnosis I did found the wall outlet losing voltage for about 20 seconds. Could not determine why they lost the voltage. No other issues found
