Inspected the unit and found the control not responding and staying in the sense cycle. Installed control and reprogrammed. Ran a normal cycle and it beeped end after sensing. Ran a drain and spin and the unit drained and beeped but did not spin. Inspected the underside of the unit and found no damage or loose wires. Disconnected the sensor and plugged it back in. The unit finished the sense cycle and spun several times then filled with water. Once the agitator was activated the unit beeped and displayed end. "Upon arrival unit had water in it, was able to drain without issue. Put unit into diagnosis, unit filled then received a 3C1 error. Unit drained out. Powered off then proceeded to just put into a rinse mode, unit filled then just sits there. When unit fills you can hear it fill about 3secs, stop, then 3secs stop etc. Unit appears to drain ok each time. Found the icemaker only making small cubes due to the water valve being clogged. Pulled the unit and found the water line attached to the water valve leaking. Took photos of the leak. Replaced water valve and board. Reconnected the water line and it was still leaking at the line (not the valve). I turned the water off to the unit and advised the customer of the issue. I advised them to have the line repaired and reinstalled. Once the unit has water again they should see ice production after 48-72 hours. All checks ok.

Advise the customer they need to run it through a 24 hour defrost cycle to allow the ice in the line to melt. After defrosting for 24 hours they can plug it back up and expect ice production to return after about 48 hours.

Customer stated that unit showed sc error. This is a low flow error. Ran diagnostics to test. Hot water valve is not opening. Has voltage to it and water. Replaced valve and ran diagnostics to test. Hot water is coming now. Tech only ran rinse and spin to test on last visit. Unit calls for cold only in rinse. Hot would never have activated. Unit is operating as it should. All ok.

Customer stated that unit wont spin/agitate. Checks unit for errors. Found F8E1 long fill no fill present. No other errors. Found both hot and cold valves shut off. Turned on and ran diagnostics test. Both valves opened in manual test mode. Unit spins and agitates as well. Calibrated control and ran to test. All ok. Unit is functioning as it should. Lack of water flow kept unit from proceeding into wash portion of cycle. Customer had recent plumbing work done and water had been shut off to washer then.
