"Customer states that wheels, wheel brackets, and lower wash arm melted. Inspected unit and found all but one bracket missing and wash arm melted. Upper slide missing end cap and rack wont stay in place. Replaced wash arm and removed lower rack so it wont interfere with arm. Ran to test to verify water level. Water level is good. Unit needs lower rack assembly. ; ordrng 1 WD28X26099 (Lower rack assembly)"

Unit is under warranty still. Have copy of receipt from HHS. Customer states that unit wouldnt finish out cycle and left some water in it and lights flashing on the control. Ran in spin to test. Lid locked and pump came on but unit unlocked and flashed wash and spin lights. This is an unbalanced error. Switch is good and harness is. Issue is drive control. ; ordrd 1 203657 (Drive control)

Inspected unit and found cracks in the inner liner. Also found fan making a grinding noise. The fridge door was scraping along the bottom of the fridge. The damage to the inner liner has caused the hinge for the door to sag. This is due to normal wear and tear. The fridge is located in the kitchen and is 15 years old.
