"Customer claims unit will only run on time and quick dry but if you run on normal quits after a minute. Proceeded to test empty on normal, turned eco feature off. Unit would start at 42 then run 2 mins then go down to 1 min and shut off, then had customer wet and ring out three bath towels. Put in unit had set to normal dry and seen how long would run. Same difference. Customer claims never seen any error codes come up. Called tech line, we put unit into test mode for sensor bar starting at 0 then wipe hand to 1 sensor is fine. Pulled out unit and raise the rear of dryer so that more of the load comes in contact with the sensor bar. Tested with those towels. Unit checks ok."

"Customer states that unit will finish a cycle then restarted in the wash portion. Every time they use it it goes through 2 cycles. No error codes stored in control and it went through auto test fine. Control is shorted causing issue. Replaced control, calibrated control, and ran to test. All ok. Unit is operating as it should."

Unit wont tumble. Blower housing thermal fuse is good. Drum spins freely by hand. Bypassed door switch and turned drum by hand to see if its take off. No luck. Removed console and checked voltage from relay. Not getting voltage to the motor from the relay. Unit needs control but it is discontinued.

Customer ran cleaning tablet in machine and during cycle it wouldnt drain and showed nd again. Forced unit into drain and pump came on and ran but stalled out. Replaced drain pump and ran rinse and spin to test. No leaks and unit drained out fine. Advised customer to run another cleaning tablet through since unit didnt finish clean cycle. Please mail out receipt.
