Inspected the unit and found piece of plastic blocking the door from closing properly and allowing moisture into the freezer section causing everything to get warm and the evaporator cover to freeze over. Customer stated they could hear a knocking noise coming from the unit which is more than likely the fan motor hitting the ice build up. Cleared out ice and made adjustments to door gasket. All checks OK

Inspected unit and found failed pressure sensor. Installed new pressure sensor. Customer had a Y connection that they wanted connected from the washer to the dryer for the steam option. The customer stated it was originally installed this way but threw the error code for failed pressure sensor when they had the Y attachment on. Customer stated when they switched back to a single line to the washer the error code went away. Ran a test cycle for about 12 minutes with no error codes. All checks ok.
