Nothing blocking filter and it had minimal water in it. Forced unit to drain and pump is coming on and impeller is moving. Ran rinse and spin to test. Recirculating pump is not operating. It is noisy and not moving water. Forced unit into drain and pump is moving water well and draining out fully. Unable to duplicate concern of not draining. "Customer states that unit has been making a popping sound from the rear of the machine. Machine isnt currently making the noise. Put unit into forced mode. Ran evaporator fan, damper, compressor, and condenser fan. No noise from any of them. Ice maker cycled with no abnormal noises. No noise from water dispenser. Allowed unit to warm up to make compressor come on naturally. No noise from unit at this time. Unable to duplicate concern of noise."

Customer complaint was that the unit was not fully agitating in the colored cycle on heavy and a burning smell coming from the washer. Ran a test cycle empty on the colored cycle with heavy along with a full load of towels on the color cycle on heavy and the unit ran without any issues. Advise customer the smell was possibly from the belt being new. All checks okay.

"Inspected unit and found water underneath. Pulled the unit out and found the insulation on the back of the unit had failed and condensation and moisture was building up along the back of the unit and dripping onto the ground running everywhere. The surrounding cabinets, drywall, and floor have been damaged due to the water. Photos taken of the failed insulation on the unit and along with the damage to the property, photo sent to the customer. The defect to the unit has caused damage to the customers property. Advised the customer to contact Samsung with the information and advise them that the defect in the unit has damage their property and attempt to get the unit replaced or a settlement for the damage. Placed several towels over top the area where the insulation is failed in order to absorb the moisture in water and prevent it from leaking onto the floor. Customer going to contact Samsung. The defect is non-repairable. I advised the customer to get the unit out of the house as quickly as possible to prevent continuing damage to the home."
