"Customer stated the unit does not fill up with enough water. Inspected the unit and ran a cold water test cycle, hot water test cycle, fill water sensor test and check for error codes. Both the hot and cold water valves open and closed as designed, the fill water sensor test passed, demonstrating that the unit is detecting how much water is in the unit and turning off the valves. Minor scratch found on the front door. Ran a normal cycle, quick cycle, and a rinse and spin cycle and found no issues or defects with unit. This unit is an energy preferred unit and uses less water and energy. I provided this information to the customer."

Customer also stated they noticed the display going out from time to time and then dispensing water. rinse lights continuously flash and will not stop. Washer will not fill with water. Unplug and reset. Start new cycle. Unit doesnt fill with water. It just starts to agitate. Cancel restart doesnt change. Forced spin end cycle with start button. Unit now operating ok. If problem comes back need to install pressure switch and motor control.
