Inspected the unit and found a support wheel had locked up along with the pulley. Disassembled the unit and Replaced the support wheel and greased the pulley. The pulley was still working properly and did not need to be replaced. The support wheel needed to be replaced. Removed all four support wheels and greased them and cleared lint and hair off of them. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle. The unit heated and ran without any issues. All checks ok. ; used 1 Dc97-16782a (Support wheel) from stock

The drain line from the dishwasher runs to the connector at the garbage disposal where the plug is still in place. Attempted to remove the plug but could not do to the angle. I advised the customer they could disengage the garbage disposal and turn it around and then just take a screwdriver and a hammer and knock out the plug and then reattach the drain line. unit would not drain. Removed drain screen and cleared out drain screen. Found all sorts of black residue coded and caked inside the drain pump housing. Tested drain pump and drain pump is functioning normal. Tested drain line and could not force any air through the drain line. When unit is put into drain it just trickles the water out of the drain house. Unit needs a new drain hose. Informed customer that homebuyers will not cover the drain hose due to it being clogged. This is a maintenance thing and the unit should have had cleaning tablets run through it on a regular basis.

"Customer states the unit runs for about four or five minutes and then everything shuts down. The customer then has to wait several minutes before they can power the unit back up and run another load which normally shuts off around 10 to 30 minutes in. Inspected the unit and the only air code we found was PF. This indicates power failure during the cycle. Ran a normal cycle for 27 minutes and the unit ran without any issues. Removed the top panel and checked wiring harnesses, control board, water valve, pressure sensor, and control panel and found no issues or shorts. I advised the customer they may have a short in one of the electrical components when the unit starts to vibrate and shake with a full four medium size load. I advised the customer we could provide him with an estimate for the control board, inverter board, and control panel but I recommended the customer not repair due to cost and potential future issues. The customer decided to replace the unit."
