Removed front and no obvious leaks. Ran unit in super load size to test. Unit does not leak in wash cycle. Forced unit into drain and spin. Household drain is backing up and overflowing when unit drains. Showed customer and advised them that a plumber needs to clear the line. Customer also stated that fabric softener dispenser isnt working properly. Dispenser cup had come loose and allowed softener to leak out early. Reassembled and it is good. Customer stated that after power outage the unit wont make ice and is flashing error codes. It is showing 26c and 8c. Both are related to the lower ice maker. Lower ice maker was removed last year because it shorted. Reset control to clear errors and verified lower ice maker is off at control. Upper ice maker is frosted over and cannot remove ice bucket. Thawed the ice maker with steamer. Removed ice maker to thaw. Forced ice maker to cycle and it is extremely slow. It isnt discharging the cubes and they are binding up. This is why the unit froze. Installed new ice maker and verified it functions. All ok. ; used 1 DA97-15217D (Ice maker) from stock

For quick fix suggested putting a small strip of foam to help added pressure to close switch. Dispenser and solenoid work ok, unit is making ice and ice bucket itself is ok.
