"Customer states that unit isnt cooling and is beeping. Found unit not running when I arrived. Unit isnt sensing door shut. Evaporator fan wont run when magnetic switch is tricked. Door has slight bow to the bottom of it. Same issues as last freezer. Unit needs door assembly, shim kit, and evaporator fan. Customer does not want repaired and is pursuing a refund.
