Reinstalled front door spring and tested unit found that the unit was leaking on the inner part of the door seal. Removed bottom panel and adjusted inner door boot and reinstalled spring. Tested unit no leaks checks OK. If unit does continue to leak the only option is to replace the door boot

This can cause it to stop and throw a 3e error. Advised customer on load and balance issues.

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of water in the flex drawer and underneath it. Found a small amount of water around the filter housing assembly in the fresh food section. Dismantled the filter housing assembly and ran a test cycle through the dispenser at the door and found no leaks. Found no active leaks around the reservoir or valves. It appears the housing is leaking from the waterline running to the icemaker. Shut off the icemaker. The unit needs a New filter housing assembly which comes with the water valves and lines. Customer to contact warranty company to confirm they will cover the parts and labor prior to us ordering the parts. part #DA97-14528H

I advised the customer there are no issues with the unit and provided them with information on detergent use and how to use the unit. All checks ok."

"Customer issue, oven doesnt seem to be heating properly, uses bake function mostly. Removed unit, checked bake element for continuity ok, checked ohm reading on temperature probe read 1085 ohms which is good for room temperature. Plugged in unit, set to bake, oven preheated to 350F bake, used cookie sheet on middle rack, divider is taken out. Upon reading sheet was reading around 350F mark checked floor and side walls over 440 and 315F respectively. Unit was getting 240v switching back and forth with broil upon pre heat. Suggested changing out bake element first, if that doesnt help, change the relay board.; ordrng 1 DG47-00020B (Bake element)"

Set the unit to a standard eight hour defrost cycle and advised the customer to run the unit through a 24 hour defrost with the fresh food door open to allow all the icemelt. Once the fresh food section is at room temperature they can plug the unit back in and it should take 24 hours to return to normal temperatures. All checks OK
