I did inform the customer hinges being bent and not functioning properly was not normal wear and tear and that was part of the unit leaking also those hinges are no longer available

Recalibrated the unit and ran a 350 degree bake cycle test on the upper and lower ovens. Both heated to the correct temperature. Advised the customer they may see the oven trip the breaker more often and this is a sign of a weak breaker and they should replace the breaker.

Checked unit over found that the unit was leaking water out of the dispenser due to the dispenser being plugged. Cleared dispenser. Checked and found that the unit was leaking around the door seal. Removed door seal cleared around door seal and reinstall clamp. Tested and unit is no longer leaking. Customer said they were getting error codes, only error code I could pull up was for the washer being overloaded. Reset control board and ran unit through spin cycle unit sounds good and is running properly. Advised customer to make sure she takes a picture of the error code if it comes back. If unit still leaks after this repair than the unit will need a new door boot.

Unit does not sit square at all due to damage all over. Remove the drum and found part of the rear bearing sitting on the base. Reseated and cleaned up sleeve.

Rollers are spinning freely and quietly. Unit needs idler pulley. Installed new pulley and cleared unit of lint. Ran to test. Noise is gone. All ok. ; used 1 W10837240 (BRACKET) from stock

Customer states that unit makes noise when draining. Ran to verify and it sounds like something is stuck in the pump. Removed pump to inspect and found underwire in pump causing noise. Underwire damaged the impeller of the drain pump. Replaced pump and ran to test. No leaks and pump is quiet. All ok.

Customer states that unit has ice build up in freezer and no cool in fresh food section. Inspected unit and found evaporator cover frosted like unit isnt defrosting. Frost is blocking air movement causing weak cool in fresh food section. Thawed frost and inspected defrost circuit. Found voltage to and through the heater but not thermostat. Replaced defrost thermostat and verified defrost is good. All ok. Unit should be back to normal temps in 24 hours. Customer emailed POP to office.

"Inspected unit and found the drain pump wire harness had come detached, Resecured wire harness and applied a wire tie to keep it in place. Ran a test cycle and the unit failed, washed, and drained without any issues. I was unable to secure the unit back underneath the countertop due to lack of space with the cabinets and I didnt want to damage it. I advise the customer of this. All checks OK."

"Inspected unit and found the control board constantly flickering the display on and off while running test cycles. I ran a test cycle and the unit would not agitate or spin properly, the unit would start shaking violently and the unit would not actually spin or agitate. The unit is six years old. Called American home shield and spoke with Teresa. Provided AHS with the diagnoses and parts needed for repair, tech recommended to replace the unit and not repair it. AHS stated they would put the unit into replacement options and contact the customer."
