The customer stated the unit seems to be leaking water. Upon arrival found a large amount of water around the refrigerator and several large towels wet. Inspected the back of the unit and found that theres no waterline running to the unit. Removed the back and front panels and found a very small amount of water in the drain pan. Gave information to customer and discovered the air humidifier next to the refrigerator was leaking all the water. The refrigerator is running properly with no issues.
