"Upon arrival customer stated that unit show hot indicator for left rear burner and clock/control is frozen. Time has not changed and control lock is not on. Pulled unit and found proper voltage to it. Unplugged unit and removed console to inspect. No signs of loose connections, broken wires, or damage to control. Reassembled and powered up. Clock/control is now operating. Set clock and ran convection bake to test. Unit is heating as it should and all functions of control a working problem reoccurs it will need the control. No obstructions, customer stated that the washing machine filled all the way up to the top and started to overflow. Removed console to inspect pressure sensor hose to pressure switch. Found that the switch was not snapped into place at the connection possible cost of the unit not filling properly. Secured all connections ran through diagnostic test sequence cycled the unit twice with clothes in the washer unit is filling properly.
