Removed the glass top and found no physical damage to any of the wiring or burners.The hot surface indicator light stayed on even after resetting the unit. Providing information to Aarons."

Disassembled unit and attempted to replace the sump and seal assembly. Found the tub was rusted around where the sump mounts. Even with new sump the unit continue to leak disassembled and attempted to clean rust and seal back up could not get the unit to seal up properly was still leaking. Informed customer of issues and at this point theres nothing more that can be done to fix this unit because that tub is not a replaceable part.

"Upon arrival customer stated that unit is leaving clothes wet when using steam setting. Not damp but wet. Entered diagnostics to test functions and checked for errors. F4E3 restricted air flow, F2E1 stuck button, F4E4 line 2 voltage error, F4E2 heater 2 failure codes present. Unit has proper voltage to it. Steam valve is operating as it should. Its not sticking open or staying on. Unit was disconnected from vent when I arrived and passed the air flow test fine. Reconnected vent and ran air flow test again. Air flow decreased with vent hooked up. Issue is with vent. Advised customer to replace vent."
