"Customer claims first day after repair, they came home and noticed a small amount of water laying in drip pan. However since then unit hasnt really leaked at all. Every time I've been there have never seen it drip once. Proceeded to dispense water in a cup and stop several times, never once dripped. Customer admitted the unit and whole house is off the water softener. Told customer we cant do anything until its physically dripping and leaking consistently. Could be differences in water pressure to home, softener etc."
