Inspected the unit and found the unit with a bad odor and water sitting in the bottom. I drained the unit out and inspected the drain line. Found the drain line clogged with grease and gunk and causing the bad smell. I advised the customer to have a plumber come out and replace the drain line. After replacing the line the customer should use affresh tablets once a week for a month to clean out the unit and keep the door open slightly. All other checks ok.

Took pictures of unit and found that there was discoloration just above the vent for the oven. This is due to heat and debris being vented out of the oven this is not a defect. Customer also said that the unit wasnt completely cleaning unit on self clean. I explained to them that some of those stains will not come out even when using self clean. Unit is functioning normal. Called and informed Aarons of whats going on.
