Explained to him any old rust and sediment might come from water supply this screen will help to filter that out but will need cleaned from time to time. To check every 6 months to 1 year. Upon inspection when customer changed hoses he left the cold water shut off. Explained both hot and cold need to be on and that all rinses are cold. "Checked unit over found that the condenser fan was not running and the compressor was extremely hot. Also found the unit did not have any type of frost pattern on the evaporator. Unit needs a new compressor, evaporator and control board due to no voltage going to the condenser fan. Unit is about 10 to 15 years old in the kitchen. "Unit is 20+ years old in kitchen. Customer stated that fresh food door isnt closing and water is leaking from right front. Found defrost drain clogged and water overflowing defrost drip pan. Water is then getting under the liner from a crack and dripping out the right front. Cleared defrost drain. Unit needs liner patched, cam closer and both gaskets. Both gaskets are NLA through DAP and Marcone. Informed AHS that they would need to supply the gaskets. Authorization 146AZPL; rqstng P&A on 1 WR24X462 (Gasket feeezer(NLA)) and 1 WR24X464 (Gasket fresh food(NLA)) and 1 WR2X4901 (Cam closer)"
