Inspected the unit and found an error code for off balance load detected. This occurs when one side of the load is heavier than the other side and causes the unit to shake and be louder than normal. Cleared the error code and recalibrated the unit. Reset unit by unplugging it for 5 minutes. Ran a test cycle and the unit passed all system checks without any issues. All checks ok. Advised the customer on proper load size to try and prevent louder than normal use.
