Inspected the unit and found an error code for an off balanced load. Ran unit through diagnostics. Ran unit through a series of tests. Recalibrated and cleaned filter out. All checks OK unit is functioning as it should from factory. Advised the customer to do loads that are a little fuller.

"Inspected the unit and found that the fridge side door was sagging, breaching the door seal and causing warm air to enter the unit resulting in frost buildup. Fixed door and all checked good"

Inspected the unit and found what sounded like change rolling around in the drum. Removed agitator. Found two dimes under the agitator. Ran another test cycle. Noise is gone. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found what looked to be a nest being built in the blower wheel housing. Removed nesting debris. Reassembled. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK.
