"Upon arrival removed ice bucket immediately took temp checks with infrared measuring low 20s and then directly on bottom of icemaker read at 31-32F. Ran diagnostics thermistor test read 27F. From control, ice room fan working ok. Proceeded to run remaining tests all passed. Unit still fills ok. Called techline went over everything in detail, checked the fill test with measuring cup getting around 3oz consistently. Only other thing noticed some frost buildup behind air handler. Steamed to remove, and check, made sure drain was cleared, wiped all dry and proceeded to put back. Then used flaslight to check for any visible air leak and used permagum to seal. Told customer to monitor, and made sure icemaker was turned on at control. Made sure ice tray was filled prior to leaving."

Customer stated the unit is still not spinning out the clothes all the way. Called GE techline and spoke with Gary and he walked me through checking for error codes. Entered diagnostics and found an error code for off balance and no other error codes. Ran the unit through a drain and spin test cycle and the unit drained without issues and spun up to high without abnormal vibrations. Techline advised we had the correct service bulletin suspension rods that are purple in color. Techline advised to use the smart dispense on less rather than auto as the unit can stop mid cycle and drain if it detects too much soap suds. I have monitored the customer loading the unit multiple times and they are loading it properly and also using the auto dispense setting. Per customer the unit continues to not spin out all the way and leave the clothes wet. I advised them That neither I nor the techline specialist could find any issues with the unit while running the tests. Recommende

"Unit appears to be making noise from blower wheel, opened up unit to see what is going on, you can tell where blower wheel rubbing on housing. No way to adjust, will order new wheel and housing. From previous call customer received new lint screen from HHS and this one is staying in place thus far, older one seems to sit in there loose causing it to flip out when running towels etc. ; ordrng 1 5304513609 (Blower wheel) and 1 5304505339 (Blower housing)"
