Installed new fan and ran to test. Fan still will not run. Checked and have proper voltage to fan at harness. Have 12.76vdc. Spoke with Whirlpool tech. He stated that even though fan has voltage but it wont run if it isnt getting the signal voltage. No way to check with meter. Tech said to jump blue to red at fan and if fan runs the board isnt sending the command signal. Jumped wires and fan runs. Unit needs control. Tech ordered fan. Please schedule for Friday am. ; ordrng 1 W10675033 (Main board)

"Upon arrival customer stated that upper oven wont heat in bake. Lower works fine and broil as well. Inspected unit and found element for upper oven shorted open. Lower element is the same. Removed lower element, installed in upper and ran to test. Unit is heating fine. Unit needs bake element. Model number is not visible.
