Inspected unit and found the drain line clogged from the evaporator in the back of the unit. Cleared out drain line and hose. Made adjustments to the duckbill train to allow it to drain properly and not clog. I advise the customer to run the unit through a 48 hour defrost cycle to allow all the extra ice to melt and drain out of the unit. After 48 hour defrost cycle finishes them a plug the unit back in and you can return to normal. All checks OK.

Checked unit over and found at the bake element tested good. Unit had no power coming from main control board to the bake element. Unit needs new main control. Part# 316418731 main control. Part is showing NLA
