Inspected unit and found the freezer drain line completely clogged. Removed the line and made adjustments to the duckbill drain to allow it to drain properly and cleaned out the line. There was a large amount of ice buildup in the freezer section and refrigerator section around the drain line. I advised the customer they would have to shut the unit off for 48 hours and leave all the doors open to allow it to completely defrost. I turned off the icemaker in the fresh food section and removed all the ice from the ice bin.
