"Customer claims they have had ongoing leaking issues from the washer since they first purchased it. The unit has been looked at or serviced at least 3 other times by same company for a leak prior to us getting involved. Unit when last ran stopped and gave an F6E2 error code, which is communication error from ACU detected by the HMI. Use troubleshooting from tech sheet, determine to replace main control and user interface, also ordering RFI filter. Unable to have unit respond to any other functions, even when having powered off for some time. Need to replace electrical to get unit working again then proceed to find where its leaking. Possible the leak has caused damage to controls. Unit is stacked front loader. Called Lowes to get service history under their warranty period.
