Installed new control and ran to test. Door still wont unlock. Inspected door switch and found unlock micro switch stuck closed. Freed up micro switch and ran to test. Door is unlocking fine now. Unit heats up with no issues. Advised tenant not to use self clean feature to keep door from locking up. Unit needs door lock assembly. Spoke with CC and replacing part but sticking to original quote. ; ordrng 1 WB14T10069 (Door lock)

Nothing in sump blocking water movement. Arms are clear and so is tube. Unit does not have a diverter motor. Wash motor is weak. Unit needs sump assembly with motor. Part is on back order. Inspected unit and found suspension worn on the right from not being leveled. Tested sensor and it is on the low side of good. Sensor only comes with stator. Unit needs stator, suspension, and lid.
