"Inspected unit and found A large amount of soap suds inside the basket while running a test cycle even though I did not add any detergent. Excessive soapsuds like this will cause the unit to stop mid cycle and drain all the water out without running through Spincycle cuisine the customer to believe the unit finish the cycle and finding their clothes still soaking wet. The excessive soapsuds work their way into the pressure sensor line and messes with the water level sensors in the unit making the unit believe it is full of water when it is not. This is normal whenever excess of soap suds are found inside the unit and as a safety mechanic to prevent the unit from filling up with too much water and flooding the customers home. Customer stated the unit keeps making a loud sound and the compressor kicks on. Inspected unit and found the average temps in the fresh food section at 36° and average temperature in the freezer section at 2°. These temperatures are within range for the temperature set on the display. Upon arrival the compressor is running and seemed just a little loud. Tested the fan in the freezer section and the damper door and found no issues. The unit shortly after went into defrost cycle and the compressor kicked off. I advised the customer I could find no issues with the unit and that the compressor will make abnormal noises for the first six months while in the home but then should fade away. No other issues found.

"F8E1 long fill error, and F7E9 locked rotor error present. Tub is not locked up and spins freely. Unit isnt getting any hot water. Inspected unit and found no hot water at shut off. Voltage to valve is good, nothing blocking screens. Spoke with customer and they stated they had a leak in the wall and had to shut the hot water off at the water heater. All cycles call for some amount of hot water to maintain temperature and since machine cant add any hot it sees a long fill time and wont advance on in cycle. Unit is only filling with cold. Advised customer to have hot water supply issue resolved and machine will operate as it should."
