Voltage to valve is good, nothing blocking screens. Spoke with customer and they stated they had a leak in the wall and had to shut the hot water off at the water heater. All cycles call for some amount of hot water to maintain temperature and since machine cant add any hot it sees a long fill time and wont advance on in cycle. Unit is only filling with cold. Advised customer to have hot water supply issue resolved and machine will operate as it should."

Checked unit over found that the unit wasnt unstacked when I arrived. I had to unstack the unit because customer didnt do it. Disassembled unit and found object in the blower wheel. Removed object and tested still wouldnt run properly. Needs new motor assembly.

"Upon arrival found fresh food evaporator frosted over. Unit falls under service bulletin for frosted fresh food evaporator. Thawed ice from evaporator, removed cover, and inspected evaporator. Thermistor is not in the proper place. Unit isnt reading defrost temperature correctly. Repositioned thermistor. Reassembled and set to 8hr defrost per bulletin. All fans are running and operating as they should. Customer also stated that U/I for left pantry drawer is inop. It has voltage but wont operate. Unit needs touchpad."
