Inspected unit and found damage to the side panel. Photo attached of damage. Customer stated unit has been making weird noises ever since it was installed. Ran a test cycle and could hear the drum rubbing up against the side panel that was damaged and bent in. Attempted to make adjustments to the panel to keep it from rubbing up against the drum but was unsuccessful. I advised the customer we will need to order the side panel along with two support wheels and the drum belt. I also advised the customer if they continue to use the unit with this defect it will cause extra stress on the motor and cause it to fail early. Customer declined repair and would be returning the unit.
