Powered the unit back on in the drain pump kicked on. I advise the customer that do the water being in the base even though its been cleaned up the sensor is still wet and may run the drain pump for several minutes. I advise the customer if the drain pump did not kick off after eight minutes to shut the breaker off and give it 24 hours to allow the base to dry. Ill checks OK

Checked make sure no shorts, nothing burnt. Found quite a bit of lint buildup, cleaned out bulkhead good told customer make sure lint screen sits flush. Checked venting to outside ok, but have no flap on end explained critters can get in there and build a nest. Ran unit on time dry hi heat for 10 mins checked ok. Also showed customer about eco feature make sure that is off. Customer says she never noticed any error codes."

Remove agitator and clear debris out of underneath agitator. Tighten down agitator because it was slipping. Squealing noise is coming from the top seal of the transmission. Did inform rent a center of this issue. Only way to fix it is to replace the transmission. This is very intermittent maybe happens once every five or six loads and only last at the very beginning of the cycle.

Checked unit over found that the drain pump has gotten an object down inside of the pump. Unit needs new drain pump. Water has been sitting in the dishwasher for months. Did inform the customer that this isnt gonna be covered. Unit has also had standing water in it since the beginning of the pandemic per the customer. We are not servicing this unit anymore.

Call Lowes and spoke to Janette. Advised her of the situation with the dryer that the unit is running and heating. Previous cold out the day prior found absolutely no issues mechanically with the dryer. Customer is directly concerned with the thumping noise which was never duplicated while we were in the home. Removed top of dryer and the unit ran for at least 30 minutes with no failure detected. Customer is declining to be responsible for trip charges if a trip is made to the home and no problems found. Customer informed me to cancel the call
