Customer did have a bad water filter. Did notice that the unit was leaking when we where getting water and found that the one of the lines was not connected all the way causing the unit to leak on the floor. Did point out to the customer the water and water damage. Customer states that the other company replaced both water valves. Removed the valves and push in the water line and cycled several times and unit did not leak. Cycled ice maker and unit did fill up. Water damage was done by other company.

Customer stated that after furnace was serviced unit would not start. They reset the breaker but this didnt help. Inspected unit for loose connections or blown fuses. None found. Voltage to unit is proper. Heater is within spec. Door switch is good. Reset breaker and unit started fine and heats fine with no issues. Suspect issue may be with breaker. Could not duplicate concern of no power. Ok to bill per Nick.

Upon arrival customer stated that unit wont drain and shows E24 error. Inspected unit and found it full of water. Forced unit to drain. Pump is getting voltage but wont move water. Found knock out on garbage disposal in still. Knocked out plug and ran to test. Unit is draining as it should. All ok.
