Customer stated no error codes were displayed at all times, but not always, there would be water in the bottom of the unit. Had customer go ahead power off unit from breaker for a few minutes, then powered back on. Proceeded to check buttons again without issue. Put unit into a rinse, unit filled and ran without issue. When unit was finished it beeped and when you open the door it said clean, then it will default auto and time flashing, customer believes it shouldnt do that and it will remain on there unless you close the door or power off. I dont see anything wrong with unit, told customer to continue to monitor. Also this unit only has a solid red light indicator not the one the has word readout, verified this."
