Evaporator cover with defrost sensor and leak kit; rqstng P&A on 1 DA97-15217D (Imk) and 1 DA97-12540G (Auger) and 1 DA82-02367A (Y clip) and 1 DA94-02679J (Main pcb) and 1 DA32-10104N (Defrost sensor) and 1 DA82-01415A (Leak kit) and 1 DA97-12608A (Evap cover)

Inspected the unit and found the compressor running and hot. The unit was at an average of 45 degrees and I could barely see a frost pattern on the lower portion of 3 of the interior freezer walls. Called GE. Unit being replaced. Case number 04934401

"The customer said the control panel will not respond. Inspected unit and found someone had shoved a box cutter on top of the unit between the counter and the unit not allowing the door to close properly. Removed box cutter and secured unit back in to the counter. Ran a test cycle and the unit filled washed and drain without any issues. I demonstrated to the customer the proper way to change the settings or to turn the cycle on. I Advise the customer they would need to open the door and change the settings and then press firmly on start making sure theyre covering the entire button then close the door firmly to make sure it closes properly. Unit is functioning as designed, all checks ok."
