Drain pump is getting voltage but not moving water. Removed pump to inspect for blockages. Found a piece of a plate wedged in impeller. Reinstalled and ran to test. Drain pump isnt moving. Replaced from truck stock and ran to test. All ok. Unit is draining well. Heating element is coated in calcium and scale build up. Customer has ran vinegar through machine but this did not help with scale. Unit needs heating element. This is affecting the wash ability of unit as well. Check unit over found that the wire for the heater had come off reinstall the wire ran unit through diagnostics test heater was turning on and functioning properly. For some reason the unit continues to act up over the next few days we will need to order a new control board

Unit is 2 years old in basement. Upon arrival found unit wont start. Checked for voltage to unit. Do not have proper voltage. Inspected rest of unit. Heater and all thermals are good. No short to ground. Found breaker not fully set. Reset breaker and it held. Ran unit to test. Unit started heating fine with no issues. Issue is with breaker. Advised customer and called warranty to inform.

"Upon arrival customer stated that unit makes a squeal noise when tumbling. Ran unit to test. Noise is coming from idler. Removed drum to inspect. Found idler jammed up with lint causing it to squeal. Cleared unit of lint, reassembled and ran to test. No more noise. All ok. Please mail out receipt."

"Customer claims they just bought the unit used off of an individual, the unit was running and cooling at the time. Now its not cooling. The user interface is partially out not able to get any good readings. Plugged in unit to watt/amp,meter. Unit first pulled about 3A then proceeded to drop to .2A Compressor not running, no LED light on inverter board. Called techline, ran through some things, unit needs inverter board. If there are any other issues at hand will have to be dealt with after. Gave estimate for repair to customer."
