Inspected unit and found the unit not wanting to lock properly. Plugged newfi into unit and found the unit needed to be updated. Updated unit and tested the lock again. Unit still did not lock properly. Ordering parts. ; rqstng P&A on 1 WH01X29528 (Door lock) and 1 WH22X36637 (Main control board)

Inspected unit and found unit getting power but the user interface not coming on at all. Took back panel behind the user interface off and found the incoming power wire unplugged from control board. Plugged back in and made sure unit had proper voltage. Started dryer and everything checked good. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found unit completely dead. Cycled power to unit and plugged in newfi. After cycling power unit came back on. Was able to update control board per GE service bulletin on this issue. Advised customer to call back if issue persists.
