REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FFSS2315TP4 "Inspected unit and found damage to the refrigerator door and upper hinge plate, this is preventing the door from closing properly and causing the unit to beep along with not produce ice. Photos taken of damaged and advised the customer this is not normal wear and tear and not covered under the warranty."

REFRIGERATOR MAYTAG MSD2641KEB Inspected unit and found no water to the icemaker or water dispenser. Checked the water filter in the refrigerator section and found it was not properly secured and inserted into the filter housing. Pressed the filter in and secured it properly. I ran a test and the icemaker filled with a small amount of water and the water dispenser activated and dispensing water at a low flow. I demonstrated this to the customer and advise them they have one of two issues. The first issue would either be a bad/wrong filter that can be resolved by replacing the water filter with a correct new filter. The second issue may be that the water line to the refrigerator does not have strong pressure or is partially clogged. I advised the customer if the filter does not fix the issue to have a plumber check the line.

WASHER LG WM4270HWA Installed the stator and ran a test cycle. The basket spinned a few times than the unit beeped with LE. This is an indicator that the control board is not recognizing that the basket is spinning. Provided estimate and info to customer about repair.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRB322DMBM00 Inspected unit and found ice in the evaporator motor and the dampener control/motor not opening. Ordering parts. MICROWAVE OVEN FRIGIDAIRE FFMV162LQA Inspected unit and found it heating properly. Customer complaint was that both the lightbulbs on the bottom went out and the fan seemed a little louder than normal. Remove the bottom panel of the microwave and remove both lights stuck in the sockets. Installed new lights that the customer had and ran a test cycle. All checks OK. Unit functioning as designed.

RANGE SAMSUNG NE59J7850WS/AA Inspected unit and found the door latch for the upper oven stuck. Made Adjustments to the door latch And hinge. Door is now open and closing properly. I demonstrated this to the customer. All checks OK.

DRYER LG DLEX3360V Installed the motor and greased the support wheels and pulley. Reassembled unit and ran a test cycle for roughly 10 minutes. No abnormal sounds or noise is found. Unit functioning as designed.

Ordering parts. REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FFTR2021TS6 I inspected the unit and found damage to the copper piping connected to the compressor. Photo attached of damage. After discussing the issue with our manager and reviewing the photos. The Damage is not considered normal wear and tear and not going to be covered by the manufactures warranty. I called the customer multiple times and was sent to their voicemail. Left a message explaining they will need to return the unit to the place of purchase if they believe it was damaged delivery.

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW0 Inspected the unit and found the wash plate had come off again. Inspected the spines on the gear case shaft and found them almost completely stripped. Attempted to remove the inner basket off the gear case and could not remove it due to corrosion and rust buildup around the gear case and enter tub. The unit is six years old and located in the laundry room. WASHER GE GTW460ASJ4WW "I called the customer roughly an hour and a half before arriving and asked them to fill the unit with laundry and to run a cycle so I could see what the unit was doing when I arrived.. Upon arrival I found a medium size load in the washer and the washer had completed the cycle without any issues, there was no water at the bottom of the basket and the clothes were wrong out very well. The Unit did not have any issues completing the cycle and draining the water. I ran a drain and spin cycle and the unit spun up into high speed. The amount of vibration from the unit was within normal range and there was no loud banging or abnormal sounds coming from the unit. The articles of clothing inside ranged from large towels to small socks. I advised the customer if they do not load the unit with similar sized items, the basket can become off balanced and vibrate more than normal causing the unit to shutdown mid cycle and could result with water being left inside the basket.

DISHWASHER SAMSUNG DW80H9930US Inspected the unit and found the control board failing and displaying an error code for 7E. Found nothing blocking the boom spray arms and tested the motor and found no issues. I advised the customer that the motor is no longer available if they do start having issues with it. Provided estimate and the customer declined the repair.

WASHER SAMSUNG WF45K6200AW/A2 Inspected The unit and found the drain pump running when you turned it on. Powered the unit off and cleared the pressure sensor line and disconnected the pressure sensor harness. Plug the unit back in and reset the line and harness. Ran a test cycle and the unit ran the drain for about three minutes and then started the cycle without any issues. All checks OK. I advise the customer if they have this issue again to allow the drain pump to run for about five minutes and then it will start up a normal cycle.
