Checked unit over found that the freezer had no frost pattern in the refrigerator had a partial frost pattern. Compressor and fans are all running properly. Unit has a blockage in the sealed system not allowing the freon to circulate properly. Spoke with American home shield and theyre putting it into options

Sam from Authorized Service was great. We had a faulty new Bosch speed oven. Sam diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes, and ordered the replacement part. The parts came within a week and he had the oven repaired in no time. We are very happy with Authorized Service.
