"Checked unit over and found the icemaker would not call for water. Even when we would force you to call for water it would not receive any voltage from the control board. Checked the control board and the control board was sending voltage, but it was never being at the water valve. Unit has harness issues in the cabinet, which is not repairable."

Sam from Authorized Service was great. We had a faulty new Bosch speed oven. Sam diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes, and ordered the replacement part. The parts came within a week and he had the oven repaired in no time. We are very happy with Authorized Service.
