"Arrived and found that the ice maker was knocked, filling with water. Customer attempted to use a heat gun and heat up the inside of the icebox room and melted the back area of the ice maker. This is not allowing the ice maker to be pulled out. I was able to heat up the water line from the top in an attempt to defrost and melt out the ice, so the ice maker could cycle. Inform customer if unit did not start producing ice, he would need to defrost the fridge"

I was told it was my vents, but I have had them professionally cleaned twice in three months just to make sure it wasn't the issue. I feel like something else is broken on my dryer. I am not satisfied.

The tech did everything he said he would. He notified me when they were 30m away from my home, successfully repaired my ice machine leak, and left the area as clean as he found it. And to beat it all my wife was very happy with the service as well. Happy wife, happy life!!
