The tech did everything he said he would. He notified me when they were 30m away from my home, successfully repaired my ice machine leak, and left the area as clean as he found it. And to beat it all my wife was very happy with the service as well. Happy wife, happy life!!

He came early from the time that was set. He apologized that their was a mix-up on the time. He was kind and explained the problem. It was a very quick fix. I was very satisfied with the work.

The repairman was on time & gave me a heads up call when he was ~10 minutes out. He was very personal & professional & skilled. I really appreciate the text conversation before the appointment & the opportunity to discuss the task/part needed! That avoided a second trip.
